To restore your purchase, please follow these steps according to your own situation.
1. If you do not have a registered ShutEye account, you can use the same Apple ID to log in to the App Store, install ShutEye, and then click the Restore button on the top right corner of the subscription page to restore your subscription. But, your old data cannot be synchronized if you do not have a ShutEye account.
2. If you have already registered a ShutEye account, you can only log in to the corresponding account registered on ShutEye’s profile page, select any feature you need to subscribe to, and a page of recommended subscription plans will pop up, and click the Restore button on the top right corner of the subscription page to restore your subscription; your old data will be synchronized according to your login account at this time.
3. if you don’t remember your subscription account, please try method 1 first to restore directly without logging in, if prompted to show the subscription binding account, please try the 4 types of accounts you may have logged in on the profile page, repeat the restore operation of option 2.
4. If you still can’t recover after trying step 3, please provide an email account that you registered with ShuteEye, and we will manually recover a membership for you after verification; in the future, you can log in according to this email account to recover your subscription and synchronize data.
